TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I DO NOT USE AI in ANY of my artworks, including any commissioned work. I do not permit any work created by me to fed into any type of AI machine by the client or anyone else at any stage of the work.Full refunds are only available BEFORE any work is completed. Partial refunds are available (30-50% of total commission cost) if canceled ONLY AFTER SKETCH PHASE. No refunds are permitted after completion and delivery of the artwork.Additional fees may be included ONLY when communicated to the client such as additional edit fees (After standard amount of MAJOR edits for each stage have been reached. 5 at sketch level, 3 at line art and flat colors, 2-3 at final shading and completion level. Small edits and tweaks are allowed at any stage and don’t have a limit outside of reasonable expectations.) or late payment fees. (Not applicable to partial payment agreements unless otherwise stated)Please remember that you do not own the artwork unless you specifically bought the rights to it, and I am allowed to add it to my portfolio unless the client has specifically asked for it to not be included.
